A: Simply browse our collection, select your favorite styles, choose your size, and click "Add to Cart." Once you're ready, click the cart icon and follow the checkout steps.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: We begin processing orders as soon as they are received. If you need to make changes, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order at info@comfte.com or call

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to follow your package.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Yes, We offer economy international shipping to many countries. Delivery time is typically 6 to 18 business days and the flat shipping fee is $32 USD.
Q: What are your shipping options within the United States?
A: We offer free economy shipping on all orders within the U.S. Delivery usually takes 5 to 8 business days.
Q: How long does it take to process an order?
A: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping. You'll receive tracking details once your package is on its way.
3. Returns & Exchanges
Q: What’s your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
Q: How do I request a return?
A: Email us at info@comfte.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.
Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: Yes! Exchanges are allowed for size or style changes, subject to availability.
